Lovely location, next to a marina.Getting into the city requires a 20 minute walk - some of the sea front is being redeveloped, but will be easy enough when finished. Very clean and has plenty of space.

We loved the easy access to the sea right next to the hotel, perfect for enjoying the beautiful waters. The lady at breakfast made sure we had plenty of fresh fruit to start our day. It's a quick walk to the seaside promenade and the Old Town, highlights for my older kids.
It would be great if they had a swimming pool for kids to enjoy.

Helpful staff booking taxis, providing information, fixing problems. Location with adjacent swimming, cafe bar and walking, Location just far enough from town to escape noise and near enough for a pleasant walk. Breakfast room very pleasant. Balcony overlooking pools and sea.
The starkness of the corridors and the ubiquitous blue. It needs a design makeover. Breakfast very basic.

Great swimming facilities, two pools, and access to a (concrete) beach which was surprisingly fun. Split old town is only 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was fine, hotel had wifi but not room. Quirky place.
The walk to the old town is not very well lit at night, and has a lot of major construction work so a lot of the buildings are derelict. The wife didn't enjoy that so factor in a 50kn taxi from town each night if that is a concern. I don't think the place is primarily a hotel - more a very busy swimming and water polo club with spare rooms.

Recommend it for families
The food was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad at breakfast, and the lady in the restaurant made sure we never ran out of options. Our room was immaculate with a fabulous sea view, and I have to say, special thanks to housekeeping for that, it reminded me of a slice of paradise.
It wasn't inexpensive, but for the quality and the experience we had, it was still reasonable.

Its location is marvellous right by excellent beaches, a nice park, the marina and nearby beaches, and marina and centre of the city.

The staff are fantastic and deserve a 3-star rating. I have to mention the satisfactory breakfast with fruit juices and cheese, for example.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main town. The breakfast lady stands out. She was always cheerful and quick to refill everything. The sea view from the room, though partially blocked, offered a nice touch with the two swimming pools nearby. Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped, and we faced some issues with the air conditioning. It wasn't working well. The staff at times seemed overwhelmed, especially during busy hours, leading to slow service. The lack of a toaster during breakfast was a letdown, as we expected something hot and fresh. The hotel's charm is evident, but better management and updates could elevate the experience significantly.

Good location and friendly staff.
First room we were given was like a poor university room. Very small, spartan with dirty. We complained and were given a much bigger room, but this too looked as though it had seen better days. Things broken [the shower head and been broken off from its mounting and the water would not drain from the shower] or had been badly repaired. We had to ask for towels! At breakfast, the waiter started to clear away breakfast food long before the set time for breakfast ending. etc etc

The front desk reception staff went over and beyond themselves to help us. They helped us carry our luggage to our room. They helped us with any questions we had... Directions to places... Buses to take... Where the church was etc. They even drove us very early ,@ 6 am to the airport to get our plane... Before we left , they made sure we had something to eat and drink.. They were so friendly and helpful.. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone !
Location... Friendliness... Helpfulness... Large room. Food was not bad. The breakfast that came with the room was quite good. Overall stay was good.

Great beach access!
The room we had was cozy and super close to the beach, awesome for our family. The breakfast lady was a gem, always quick to refill stuff like fruits. The main downside was finding parking, always a bit of a hassle. But honestly, being a short walk from the town was totally worth it!

Satisfactory breakfast options with cheese, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Particularly good and excellent location to an enormous palace. Good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Had 3 nights in Split, spending our time here lovely. The hotel staff was very amiable and attentive. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. The position was reasonably priced, restaurants and bars are near the venue. The restaurant was good, we tried wonderful dishes.
